Galactose- or mannose-conjugated linear polyethylenimine (PEI) derivative designed for effective and reproducible in vivo nucleic acid delivery (DNA, shRNA, siRNA, oligonucleotides).
  • in vivo jetPEI-Gal enhances delivery to cells expressing galactose-specific membrane receptors, such as hepatocytes.
  • in vivo jetPEI-Gal enhances delivery to cells expressing mannose-specific membrane receptors, such as macrophages and dendritic cells.
