peqGOLD Tissue DNA Kits

 
For quick and reliable extraction of high-molecular DNA from various samples of animal and human origin, peqGOLD Tissue DNA Kits have been developed, which are using the reversible binding characteristics of PerfectBind silica filters in centrifugation columns. The DNA binds selectively to the silica matrix and can be washed before eluting with low salt buffer or water.

Special features:
  • No organic solvent extractions
  • No time-consuming alcoholic precipitation
  • Efficient removal of contaminants and enzyme inhibitors
  • Final elution in low salt buffer or water

Kits available as S-Line including Safety-Line columns with lid or C-Line including Classic-Line columns without lid!

The MicroSpin format is optimised for DNA isolation from small samples.
