SensiMix RT & Real-Time Kits
The SensiMix One-Step kits contain all the reagents required to perform highly reproducible first strand cDNA synthesis and subsequent real-time PCR assays in one tube. Unlike conventional two-step methods, these kits combine both applications in one protocol. RNA templates including viral RNA, poly(A) RNA or total RNA may be employed. Reliable data is obtained quickly and easily on all available real-time cyclers including capillary-based and non capillary-based systems. SensiMix kits are available with ROX in different concentrations, Fluorescein or without an internal reference dye. SensiMix One-Step kits are either optimised for probe-based real-time PCR or are premixed with SYBR Green I for SYBR-based assays.
