Micro Volume Fluorospectrophotometer

 
The NanoDrop™ 3300 Fluorospectrometer is a multi-source optical instrument for measuring fluorescence of 2 µl samples. Just pipette the sample onto the lower measurement pedestal. After measurement wipe the sample from upper and lower pedestal using a soft laboratory wipe. The patented sample retention system eliminates the need for cuvettes and capillaries.

Application of the NanoDrop™ 3300:
  • dsDNA assays (PicoGreen® Assay, Quant-IT™ Assay oder Hoechst 33258 Dye)
  • RNA RiboGreen® assay
  • Protein assays (Quant-IT™ Protein Assay)
  • predefined measuring methods for FITC, Cy-Alexa Fluor Dyes and others
