DNA Transfection Reagent
Mannose-conjugated linear polyethylenimine (PEI)derivative designed for effective and reproducible
in vitro transfection of DNA. Enhances delivery to
cells expressing mannose-specific membrane
receptors, such as macrophages. Reagent of choice
for the transfection of cell lines such as RAW 264.7
Compatible with serum and antibiotics.
Components:
0.5 ml reagent (7.5 mM) and 50 ml NaCl (150 mM)
for 500 transfections in 24 well plates.
