cDNA-Synthesis Kit H Plus

The kit contains peqGOLD M-MuLV H Plus Reverse Transcriptase (RT). The genetically modified RT
shows highest activity at 42°C. The enzyme possesses
RNA-dependent and DNA dependent polymerase
activity and a RNase H activity specific for RNA/
DNA-hybrids.
Components (for 20 reactions à 20 µl):
- peqGOLD M-MuLV H Plus RT (25 µl, 200 Units/µl)
- peqGOLD RNase Inhibitor (25 µl, 20 Units/µl)
- Reaction Buffer (150 µl, 5x)
- dNTP Mix (50 µl, 10 mM each)
- Oligo(dT)18 Primer (25 µl, 0.5 µg/µl)
- Random Hexamer Primer (25 µl, 0.2 µg/µl)
- Nuclease free water (2 x 1.25 ml)
- Control GAPDH RNA (20 µl, 0.05 µg/µl)
- Forward GAPDH Primer (20 µl, 10 µM)
- Reverse GAPDH Primer (20 µl, 10 µM)
